The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team based at our Runcorn site.

This role will be based within our network planning team collating data and defining network volumes on both an inbound and outbound perspective.

This will be a full time role, mainly Monday – Friday with an occasional Sunday.

You will be using data driven insights to provide detailed plans of volumes throughout the supply chain. This is achieved by working closely with site operational teams and central operations to ensure network volume plans can be facilitated in each of the individual sites.

Key skills for the role are data literacy, analytical and problem-solving mindset, technical proficiency and strong communication skills.

Role involves a combination of office working and site visits to warehouses or supplier locations therefore and valid driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Utilise data to create reports and dashboards to support central operations teams.
  • Network stockholding analysis and capacity analysis to identify risk.
  • Working cross functionally with teams across the network.
  • Report findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and management.
  • Build key relationships with site operational teams.
  • Any other ad-hoc duty required to support Central Supply Chain planning, capacity and optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for advanced functions
    Attention to Detail
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Supply Chain knowledge, including WMS systems
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-solving skills
