We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock and Systems Admin to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port!
You will report to a Stock & Systems Team Manager and be responsible for understanding the main warehouse functions: Inbound, Outbound (Picking & Waving), Stock Management, and Dispatch (Loading).
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday Nights | 22:00 to 06:00
You will work closely with the loading team to facilitate the loading process, including:
- Systemic receipt of vehicles into the warehouse.
- Allocating vehicles to bays.
- Confirming goods accurately in the system.
- Managing inbound schedules.
- Generating reports and KPIs.
- Resolving stock issues preventing transfer to stores.
- Allocating stock to designated bays.
- Creating and scheduling work efficiently.
- Managing scheduling changes and issues.
- Maintaining accurate stock records.
- Investigating and resolving stock queries.
- Organizing warehouse layout by stock family groups.
- Checking for outstanding stock on loads.
- Allocating trailers to bays before loading.
- Managing stock that cannot be loaded.
