Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock and Systems Admin to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.
You will report to the Stock & Systems Team Manager and will be required to understand the practices and procedures of each of the main warehouse functions: Inbound, Outbound – Picking & Waving, Stock Management and Dispatch – Loading.
Shift Pattern
Sunday to Thursday Nights | 22:00 to 06:00
Responsibilities
- Systemic receipt of vehicles to Warehouse.
- Ensuring vehicles have been allocated to the bay.
- Correct confirmation of goods to system.
- Management of inbound schedule.
- Run and produce reports and KPI’s.
- Resolving any stocking issues preventing stock going to stores.
- Allocating stock to designated bays provided by the loading team.
- Ensuring all work is created and allocated in schedule order.
- Dealing with any issues or scheduling changes that may arise.
- Ensuring an accurate stock file is kept on all products.
- Investigating and dealing with any stock related queries that may arise throughout the shift through to resolution.
- Maintaining the warehouse layout making sure stock is located within its family group.
- Checking to see if any stock is outstanding on the system for each load.
- Ensuring trailers have been allocated to the bay before the loading process begins.
- Correctly managing any stock that is unable to be loaded onto the vehicle for any reason.
