Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock and Systems Admin to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.

You will report to the Stock & Systems Team Manager and will be required to understand the practices and procedures of each of the main warehouse functions: Inbound, Outbound – Picking & Waving, Stock Management and Dispatch – Loading.

Shift Pattern

Sunday to Thursday Nights | 22:00 to 06:00

Responsibilities

  • Systemic receipt of vehicles to Warehouse.
  • Ensuring vehicles have been allocated to the bay.
  • Correct confirmation of goods to system.
  • Management of inbound schedule.
  • Run and produce reports and KPI’s.
  • Resolving any stocking issues preventing stock going to stores.
  • Allocating stock to designated bays provided by the loading team.
  • Ensuring all work is created and allocated in schedule order.
  • Dealing with any issues or scheduling changes that may arise.
  • Ensuring an accurate stock file is kept on all products.
  • Investigating and dealing with any stock related queries that may arise throughout the shift through to resolution.
  • Maintaining the warehouse layout making sure stock is located within its family group.
  • Checking to see if any stock is outstanding on the system for each load.
  • Ensuring trailers have been allocated to the bay before the loading process begins.
  • Correctly managing any stock that is unable to be loaded onto the vehicle for any reason.
