We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our Market Street store team in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

This is a full-time role, and flexibility with your working pattern will be essential.

About the Role

As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels, and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

You will also:

  • Train team members and drive the replenishment shift to high standards & ways of working
  • Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently
  • Support the delivery of promotional seasonal activity
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Maintain the store\’s presentation, full availability, and excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
