We\’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Bloomfieldteam, in Bangor.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you\’ll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example.
This is a hands-on role where you\’ll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
