Well, look no further…We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our store team in Huntingdon Retail park, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire! This is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.
- Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
- Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
- Be highly visible and approachable to customers and your colleagues
- Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
- Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
- Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
