Customer Service Assistant

Overview

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join our team at the High Street Mall, Portadown. These are permanent, part-time positions with 12 hours a week guaranteed. Our stores trade 7 days a week; the role requires flexibility to work evening and weekend shift patterns. We offer on-the-job training, internal development, and career progression opportunities. We also offer casual/flexible, part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer service and help customers in-store
• Be a great team player and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• Can-do, proactive approach
• Willingness to get the job done
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service is a bonus but not essential
