You’ll recruit, lead, manage and develop your own kitchen team, using your proven kitchen management experience and engaging communication skills to ensure our standards are met or exceeded.
You’ll work with site General Managers to keep food innovation on the agenda and achieve excellent GP, while continuing your own learning through forums and craft workshops.
