We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. Passionate about hospitality, food, and service excellence, you’ll be a proactive and inspiring leader with the ability to drive standards across restaurant service, hospitality, fine dining, and events within a dynamic business environment.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an outstanding customer and client experience. With a strong commercial mindset, you will manage financial performance, maintain exceptional standards, and support continuous innovation across all areas of the operation. You’ll work closely with both BM and client stakeholders to build strong relationships, align cultures, and ensure operational excellence at every level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and monitoring all areas of food & beverage service delivery
- Leading restaurant, hospitality, fine dining, and events operations
- Driving service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls to achieve targets
- Building strong client and customer relationships
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members to maximise performance
- Supporting recruitment, retention, and succession planning within the team
- Implementing BM concepts, innovation, and brand standards
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, food safety, and company procedures
- Maintaining consistently high standards of presentation, service, and customer care
About You:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong background within hospitality, retail, or contract catering environments
- Experience managing teams and delivering against financial and operational targets
- Passionate about food, hospitality trends, and customer experience
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and cost controls
- Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Food Safety Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 2 qualifications preferred
- Hospitality Diploma/NVQ or equivalent experience desirable
