BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Enfield. This role runs from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM, delivering high-quality culinary showcases while maintaining cost-effective production.
You will inspire the kitchen team, apply sound financial and legislative knowledge, plan well-costed menus, and monitor stock levels and controls to meet targets and customer expectations.
