Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent high standards of customer service and proactive customer interaction.
- Follow appropriate procedures and instructions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work with the team to exceed client and company goals.
- Maximise team performance through training, development, motivation and engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day running of the cafés and maintain strong team performance and food safety compliance.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met and communicate confidently while following procedures.
Qualifications:
Ideally you will already hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health.
