Responsibilities:
- Monitoring counters and chillers to ensure they’re clean, well-stocked and presented in line with our six principles.
- Regularly check the restaurant areas to ensure consistent levels of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
- Listen carefully and take instructions from your manager, and provide prompt and efficient service at all times.
- Communicate confidently with customers, gain feedback and react to their needs to ensure that every customer experience is a positive one.
- Follow procedures and display good food safety practice at all times.
Qualifications:
- Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment, good merchandising skills and till experience.
Role details:
This role is part-time, working afternoon shifts from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with the potential to adjust hours in the future.
