BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and evenings, in a multi award-winning contract catering environment.
You’ll create exceptional dishes to the highest standards, plan menus to be well-costed, and manage stock levels while leading and inspiring a busy kitchen team. Two years’ experience and qualifications such as C&G 1&2 or NVQ are required.
