What you’ll be doing
- Leading the kitchen team and setting high standards
- Creating seasonal, nutritious and well-balanced menus
- Driving food innovation and strong GP performance
- Recruiting, training and developing your team
- Working closely with site and operations teams
- Attending BM forums and leading craft workshops
- Building strong customer connections and using feedback to inspire ideas
- Ensuring full food safety and compliance standards are met
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader
- Passion for ingredients, seasonality and presentation
- Confidence leading and developing teams
- Commercial awareness and focus on standards
- Great communication and organisation skills
- A proactive and inspiring approach
