BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our contract catering operation on site. This Head Chef role runs Monday to Friday (40 hours) and requires strong leadership to deliver outstanding food and service.
You will manage the contract, recruit and train the team, forecast menus and budgets, and ensure GP targets are met. You will uphold hygiene, food safety and COSHH, while delivering innovative menus and customer satisfaction.
