Overview: The Team Leader Nights role involves assisting senior managers in running the home efficiently and caring for residents, supervising staff, ensuring duties are completed, and encouraging personal interest.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in running the home in an efficient and caring manner when they are absent.
- Support residents with personal care while promoting independence.
- Assist in the supervision of staff and induction.
- Ensure all staff complete required duties during their shift or communicate incomplete tasks at handover.
- Encourage staff to take a personal interest in residents and the home, creating a happy caring atmosphere.
- Work directly with the Care Management Team.
- Review and develop all aspects of each resident’s care plan on the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM).
Qualifications:
- Two years experience at a Senior Care level.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
