B&M Care is seeking an Engagement Lead to create personalised lifestyle programmes and frameworks that stimulate meaningful engagement and wellbeing in the home.

You will coordinate weekly plans and identify individual resident requirements in line with the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework.

In this role you will plan and deliver a broad programme for residents, including events and outings, while working with staff to promote our core values of Commitment, Connection and Compassion.
