We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable Full-TimeVeterinary Receptionistto join our team and help us deliver outstanding patient care and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
· Handling telephone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently
· Booking appointments and managing the diary system
· Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
· Supporting the team with general administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
· Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
· Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
· Experienced in computer and IT skills.
· Previous reception & or administration experience.
· Good organisational and time-management skills.
Additional Information:
· This is a full-time position, working five days per week
· The role includes weekends and bank holidays at our Gosforth Hospital on a rota basis
· A full UK driving licence and access to your transport are essential, as you will be required to work across any of our 8 surgeries.
· National Minimum Wage (reviewed after 1 year)
