Integrative Nurtrition, Hormone and Menopause Practice Manager (virtual) remote UK or USA based initially part time job opening. For our growing, small start up client. A hormone clinic with expertise in menopause, nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, holistic health and wellness. Certified Health Practitioners provide 1-2-1 and group coaching and training. Clients initially order a blood test for analysis, who are women, mostly based in the USA. All the solutions are free from pharmaceuticals,
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, scheduling, ordering, fulfilment and client coordination

Support clinicians and service teams to deliver excellent care

Oversee systems, processes, and regulatory compliance

Drive service quality, consistency, and operational improvements
Ideal Candidate:
-
Experience in clinic or health & wellness practice operational management
-
Fully remote virtual team work experience
-
Has probably been a customer of an online training course coaching program for integrative nutrition or menopause, gut health, fertility

Highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy
-
Familiarity with EHR, CRM, and remote communication tools
-
Strong interest in hormones, wellness, or integrative health

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The need is due to growing demand and this will initially be 4 hours per day for an agreed contract length and may lead to full time employment, if of interest. The hourly rate is market eg £25-£35 per hour or £45K-£55K per annum (or USA equivalent local market rate).
You can be home based anywhere in the UK or USA (ET or CT might work best as the CEO and COO are in the UK time zone however they are happy for you to work your a.m.).
