Retail Sales Director (B2B) job opening reporting to the UKI Managing Director of a global Luxury Consumer Brand, focusing on London and South East for UKI expansion. This premium brand is building its UK leadership team to support growth and expansion, hence seeking an accomplished Retail Director / Retail Sales Operations Director to lead their B2B2C retail operations, strengthen client relationships, and drive expansion across the UK luxury interiors, kitchens and appliances market.
Your Impact
- Lead and scale the UK retail client partners and their showroom business, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and flawless client experiences.
- Deliver the brand’s vision of understated European sophistication - from first consultation through to installation.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing showroom managers, designers, and project consultants.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for new showrooms, brand partnerships, and retail client acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the Overseas HQ and UK marketing teams to align on brand experience, operations, and customer service excellence.
Your Background
- Experience launching or scaling luxury showrooms in London and the South East of England (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years in leadership at two or more luxury kitchen manufacturers or brands, such as Bulthaup, Poggenpohl, Siematic, Boffi, Sub Zero and Wolf, or comparable names in high-end interiors or design.
- Proven success managing retail P&L, showroom performance, and premium client engagement.
- A natural leader who blends design appreciation, commercial acumen, and operational precision.
- Deep understanding of the UK luxury retail landscape and the expectations of affluent homeowners, architects, and interior designers.
