Job Description: Director of Growth Marketing. Remote hybrid to the London HQ. Less than 10 years old, this small independent rapidly growing global company is in the mindfulness, wellness, consumer goods and personal growth space. If you have previously been a CMO / Marketing Director of a small company that grew through the £30M-£50M+ revenue range, in B2C consumer goods/services with a strong digital marketplace and eCommerce presence, don’t miss this exciting opportunity to make an impact in a young and dynamic company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to double and double again, the size of the business over the next three to five years
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging D2C/B2C marketing strategies to optimize performance
- Implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives
