Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to double and double again, the size of the business over the next three to five years.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging D2C/B2C marketing strategies to optimize performance.
- Implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and enhance operational efficiency.
