We are recruiting for a key role at a well-established, independent firm of accountants in Grimsby. The firm is looking for an Accountant with experience from working in an accountancy practice, but for the right person, this position can develop into a leadership Director or Partner role. If you are an Accountant with the ambition and interest in joining an established brand that wants to invest in you, developing you into the Management ranks with a real and relatively short-term chance to move into a Partner / Director position, this rare opportunity can offer that.

The firm is open on the level of the person joining, so will consider anyone from Senior Accountant to Director / Partner. Your experience and job title do not stop you from applying if the firm feels you are the right character to take up a leading position with them over time. This is a fantastic job opportunity for someone seeking flexibility and variety in their role. The firm can offer flexible working patterns with the option for hybrid working. The salary is highly competitive and negotiable, based on your experience and qualifications, with the firm being a highly profitable practice with a good quality client base.

If you’re an accounting professional looking for a supportive and flexible workplace where you can develop your skills while making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
