We recently took instruction on a new part-time payroll vacancy at a small practice based north of Nottingham city centre, close to areas like Beeston, Long Eaton, Ilkeston, Wollaton and Bilborough. A small, friendly and professional firm are ideally seeking someone looking to work around 15 to 20 hours per week, preferably over 4 or 5 days per week. This can however be flexed for the right candidate and can be discussed at interview, perhaps up to 25 hours.
Salary will depend upon experience and relevance, but they are open-minded and there is the potential of a bonus scheme, typically around 10% of gross.
Key responsibilities:- Payroll Administration - Weekly through to Monthly frequencies with a mixture of Director only, Salaried and Variable Clients
- Pension Administration - Assessments, Contributions, Submissions, Re-enrolment, and Declarations of Compliance
- CIS Returns - Verifications, CIS suffered, and CIS stopped
- P11D’s
The firm use Moneysoft for payroll management, have a payroll on Xero, a few people's pensions, plus others through Aviva, Smart Pension etc. The role may also include payroll journals, inputting into Xero, CIS, P11D’s etc.
