We're working with a growing, high end professional services business looking to welcome a new Office Administrator into their close knit team. This is much more than a typical admin position. What you'll be doing:

  • You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing first class support to both colleagues and clients.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Supporting the administration of new client onboarding and move in processes
    • Managing enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and friendly service
    • Updating internal systems, maintaining accurate records and preparing documentation
    • Coordinating appointments and supporting the wider team with day to day administration
    • Helping manage incoming correspondence and directing maintenance requests where required
    • Providing general business support to ensure the office runs efficiently
