Are you a qualified finance professional with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience? We’re hiring for a temporary Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing business in the Lincoln / Newark / Sleaford area.

This contract role will see you working closely with senior leadership, shaping financial insight, and supporting critical decision-making during an exciting growth phase.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles.
  • Build and refine financial models to support commercial decisions.
  • Provide performance analysis and board-level reporting.
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to translate numbers into strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Strong FP&A / commercial finance background.
