We’re hiring for a temporary Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing business in the Lincoln / Newark / Sleaford area. This contract role will see you working closely with senior leadership, shaping financial insight, and supporting critical decision-making during an exciting growth phase.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles.
- Build and refine financial models to support commercial decisions.
- Provide performance analysis and board-level reporting.
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to translate numbers into strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Strong FP&A / commercial finance background.
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, and hands-on.
