- Manage daily financial transactions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger Accounting.
- Conduct account reconciliations and process payment transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with external tax consultants.
- Oversee invoice processing, dunning procedures, and cash bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, corporate tax, and customs regulations, working closely with tax advisors.
- Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Oversee payroll accounting and monthly reporting requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support optimisation projects.
Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or AAT). Proven experience in financial accounting, ideally in a project-based environment. Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
