We are working with a fully remote fast-growing, tech-led accounting firm supporting high-growth and VC-backed businesses. Backed by a US-based, AI-native professional services group, they’re building a modern practice designed around automation, scalability and commercial impact.
They’re now hiring a Client Manager to take ownership of a client portfolio and deliver high-quality finance support in a fully remote environment.
The role
- End-to-end ownership of a client portfolio
- Year-end accounts, corporation tax and management reporting
- Leading client relationships day-to-day
- Reviewing VAT returns and outsourced bookkeeping
- Improving processes, controls and workflows
- Championing systems, automation and best practice
Essential experience
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- 5+ years in a UK accounting practice
- Experience owning a portfolio of 10+ clients
- Strong technical accounting skills (statutory accounts, VAT, CT)
- Confident Xero user
- Proven experience reviewing others’ work
- Established remote or hybrid homeworking experience (Covid experience alone won't be considered)
Location
Fully remote, UK resident with right to work required.
