Blusource Accountancy Recruitment is a specialist recruitment firm with a strong UK client base across accountancy and tax. We work in partnership with leading firms nationwide and offer an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join a supportive, people-first business in a fully remote capacity.
The Role
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant (Tax), you will manage and deliver permanent tax recruitment assignments across the UK. You’ll take ownership of roles end-to-end, working closely with both clients and candidates, while benefiting from a collaborative culture that avoids aggressive sales targets or KPI-driven pressure. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility, autonomy, and clear long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for tax roles
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified tax professionals
- Writing and managing job adverts and candidate pipelines
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and coordinating client interviews
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Providing market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping within the tax market
