The Role
- Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the business.
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day administration.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing diaries.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Managing emails, calls, correspondence, and office administration.
- Supporting recruitment administration from vacancy through to onboarding.
- Assisting with Board and governance administration.
- Supporting the charity's website, social media, and internal communications.
- Processing expenses and maintaining credit card records.
About You
- Previous administration experience supporting senior managers.
- Experience organising meetings and taking minutes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
