We are actively recruiting for a Payroll Professional job opportunity with a successful, long standing, accountancy firm based in Lincoln.

The salary is negotiable and will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason.

Responsibilities (may include all / any of the following)

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls from start to finish
  • Calculating PAYE, HMRC and pension deductions
  • Processing client starters and leavers
  • Managing and responding to client payroll queries
  • Providing administrative support to the payroll function
  • Ensuring payrolls are completed accurately and on time
  • Supporting audits and compliance requirements
  • Completing P11D and payroll-related administration
  • Carrying out PAYE and pension reconciliations
  • Processing holiday pay requests and expenses
  • Assisting with payroll projects and process improvements
