A highly regarded and growing Birmingham-based insolvency and restructuring firm is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its expanding team. This is a key appointment within a forward-thinking, ambitious practice that combines technical expertise with a modern, people-focused culture. Operating across the mid-market, the firm has established a strong reputation for delivering commercially astute solutions across corporate insolvency, business advisory and complex restructuring engagements. You will work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of a varied caseload while supporting and developing junior team members, and playing an active role in client delivery.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate insolvency processes including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs and CVAs
- Experience managing cases from inception through to closure
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff effectively
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- CPI qualified or progressing towards JIEB (desirable)
