A highly regarded and growing Birmingham-based insolvency and restructuring firm is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its expanding team. You will work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of a varied caseload while supporting and developing junior team members, and playing an active role in client delivery.

  • Strong experience within a UK insolvency practice, ideally at Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager level
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate insolvency processes including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs and CVAs
  • Experience managing cases from inception through to closure
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff effectively
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • CPI qualified or progressing towards JIEB (desirable)
