Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Answering phones and emails, acting as a first point of contact, and corresponding with clients and internal teams.
- Completing administrative tasks including scanning, answering emails, sorting, scanning, and distributing post
- Scheduling & Coordination: Arranging meetings.
- Record Management: Filing documents, updating databases, and maintaining organized office records.
