Tax Professional in Loughborough

An accountancy firm in Loughborough, who are established but also modern in approach and work methods, are looking to hire a key job opportunity. They are keen to hire a Personal Tax Professional, but can be flexible on the level they hire at, with anything from Semi-Senior to Senior grade being considered.
The role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
This job will ideally include the following duties:
Preparing and submitting Self-Assessment tax returns for a varied portfolio of individuals, sole traders and company directors.
Managing personal tax deadlines and ensuring all returns are completed accurately and on time.
Preparing and submitting Companies House Confirmation Statements for a portfolio of limited companies.
Assisting with the preparation and submission of Corporation Tax returns.
Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Liaising directly with clients to obtain information, answer queries and resolve outstanding matters.
Working closely with the wider accounts and tax team to ensure client deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring work is completed in accordance with relevant tax and accounting legislation.
Building strong, long-term client relationships and providing a professional and proactive service.
Supporting the wider practice with ad-hoc accounts and tax work as required.
