The role is flexible on office location, so anyone living within a commute of these locations is encouraged to apply (the firm offers hybrid/home working on a few days per week too): Lincoln, Spalding, Peterborough, Boston, Kings Lynn, Grantham, Sleaford, Newark, Stamford, and many other locations. This role will provide taxation advice to clients while supporting in the delivery of work. You will ensure compliance and quality standards are always maintained, client needs are identified, providing proactive support and advice.
This is an ideal role for someone who would like to be more involved with helping clients achieve their goals through tax planning and analysis. Prior experience in these types of planning is not necessary; the key attributes we are looking for are willingness to learn and a desire to help clients find the best solutions for them.

Your responsibilities:
- Delivering all elements of a tax project, tax advice with supervision (review) by your manager or director
- Training assistant team members

- Where appropriate, initiating and taking an active role in business development
