We are recruiting for an Office based Administrator to support the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the business, including:
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day administration.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing diaries.
Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
Managing emails, calls, correspondence, and office administration.
Supporting recruitment administration from vacancy through to onboarding.
Assisting with Board and governance administration.
Supporting the charity's website, social media, and internal communications.
Processing expenses and maintaining credit card records.
About You
You'll ideally have
Previous administration experience supporting senior managers.
Experience organising meetings and taking minutes.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams).
The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
