We are actively recruiting for a Payroll Professional job opportunity with a successful, long standing, accountancy firm based in Lincoln. The salary is negotiable and will of course depend on experience and qualification level and is open within reason.
Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls from start to finish
- Calculating PAYE, HMRC and pension deductions
- Processing client starters and leavers
- Managing and responding to client payroll queries
- Providing administrative support to the payroll function
- Ensuring payrolls are completed accurately and on time
- Supporting audits and compliance requirements
- Completing P11D and payroll-related administration
- Carrying out PAYE and pension reconciliations
- Processing holiday pay requests and expenses
- Assisting with payroll projects and process improvements
