Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations, including Billing, Debt Collection, Creditor Payments, VAT, Payroll, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
  • Publish monthly financial statements and generate reports to track trends and forecasts.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with statutory and financial regulations.
  • Improve accounting systems and streamline financial operations.
  • Support senior management in financial decision-making and strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
  • Advise on funding strategies and alternative financing options.
