We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role, a strong background in financial analysis, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Month-End Support: Assist with month-end processes and reporting as required.
  • Communication: Translate complex financial data into easily digestible information for non-financial audiences.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a commercial environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Confidence: Comfortable presenting financial information to senior leadership and broader teams.
