I am working exclusively with a growing, private equity backed Financial Services SME to recruit a Head of Finance. This role will operate as the clear number two to the CFO, with a defined and credible succession plan to step into the CFO position within the medium term, approximately three to five years.
The role is based from the company’s new Central London office two days per week, with regular travel to their secondary Midlands office, which is easily accessible by train. Significant investment is being made into systems, structure and long term strategy, creating an outstanding opportunity for a senior finance leader to shape the future of the function and the wider business.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity to take ownership of your career trajectory. You will be given the time and support to fully understand the business while laying the foundations for a successful tenure as future CFO.
