Role Overview

As the Accounts & Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing, and supporting the accounts function. Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management: Oversee timesheet allocation from field operatives for payroll processing.
  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts, ensuring discounts are recorded.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing end-of-month accounts, including trial balance and profit & loss statements.
  • WIP Management: Monitor project progress and ensure margins are applied.
  • Collaboration: Work with staff, operatives, suppliers, and external payroll providers.

  • AAT part-qualified, working towards full qualification.
  • Experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, and receivable.
