Accounting & Reporting Manager Lincolnshire £50,000

We are working with a progressive and ambitious business in Lincolnshire that is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is a permanent role, reporting directly to the Financial Controller, and will suit someone who thrives in a varied position covering month-end, statutory accounts, treasury, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Managing the general ledger, statutory accounts, and internal controls.
- Overseeing fixed asset capitalisation and implementing effective CapEx controls.
- Preparing corporation tax returns in collaboration with the group tax team.
- Taking responsibility for treasury, including cash reconciliations and cashflow management.
- Partnering with business units on central costs, driving efficiency and supporting decision-making.
- Acting as a key point of contact for auditors and contributing to special projects.
- Deputising for the Financial Controller when required.

- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in accounting and reporting.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance.
