An accountancy firm commutable from Nottingham, Derby and the surrounding areas is seeking to hire into a crucial position from Senior to Manager level.
This will be a varied role, managing a portfolio of clients, including standard year-end accounts and tax, plus management accounts and advisory work. The role will involve doing work, as well as supervising junior staff members. The successful applicant will be expected to take on the full process of accounts for clients, from start to finish, plus provide advisory services where required.
From a management point of view, dependent on your experience, the role can be shaped to fit and include review, client contact, potentially work-flow management etc.
Duties to include:
- Tax advice & strategy
- Start to finish accounts preparation, for businesses of all types and sizes
- Providing advisory services
- Involvement in both year-end processes and management accounts
