Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the finance function as the number one in finance, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Bring a strong commercial perspective to financial reporting, supporting better decision‑making across the business.

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Stay hands‑on with day‑to‑day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.

About You
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Head of Finance within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or product‑based environment.
Experience in selling into retail, hardware or related consumer markets, with an understanding of offers, deals and value within the supply chain.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to add value through financial insight.
Hands‑on and proactive, with the confidence to influence at board level while remaining involved in day‑to‑day activity.
Prepared to work five days a week on‑site.
