Blush Healthcare Ltd is expanding our dedicated team and seeking experienced individuals to provide exceptional care in theTrafford, Salford and surrounding areas. Please note, we are only taking applications for DRIVERS with access to their own vehicle.

About the Role

As a Home Care Professional with Blush Healthcare Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalised care to our clients in their own homes. This vital role involves supporting individuals with various needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Administration:Safely and accurately administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
  • Moving and Handling:Assist clients with safe and dignified moving and handling, utilising appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Personal Care:Provide respectful assistance with personal care, including washing, dressing, and hygiene.
  • Companionship & Support:Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in activities that promote their well-being.
  • Household Support:Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation as required.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
  • Communication:Effectively communicate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Safeguarding:Comprehensive knowledge of adult safeguarding is imperative to the quality of care we provide.

What We\'re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience:Significant experience as a support worker, particularly in home care is highly desirable.
  • Driving & Vehicle:Youmusthold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own reliable vehicle.
  • Essential Skills:Demonstrated experience and competency inmedication administrationandmoving and handling.
  • Care Certificate or Above:You must be able to evidence completion of theCare Certificateor a higher relevant qualification.
  • Local to the Area:Reside in or around Trafford or Salford
  • Compassionate & Reliable:A genuine desire to provide excellent care, coupled with reliability and a professional approach.
  • Excellent Communication:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
