Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing customer enquiries, quotations, samples and projects from start to finish
  • Supporting the external sales team to maximise opportunities
  • Following up on quotes and projects to increase conversions
  • Using CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline
  • Analysing customer activity to spot commercial opportunities

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience within R&D, Formulation or similar and a good understanding of cosmetics ingredients and formulas
