Blush & Bloom are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading business within the cosmetics and personal care industry. They are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support the delivery and progression of projects across a portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping multiple projects moving, working cross-functionally and acting as a central point of control between account managers, technical teams, suppliers and clients.
As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring projects progress smoothly from initial request through to completion. You will help plan workloads, monitor progress, identify risks or delays and proactively chase information to keep timelines on track. Rather than pure administration, this role focuses on project flow, prioritisation and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and progress multiple client projects, supporting Account Managers with day-to-day delivery
- Manage project workflows, trackers and internal systems to ensure accurate, real-time project visibility
- Process new work requests and coordinate activity from enquiry through to completion
- Schedule work in line with purchase orders, agreed processes and team capacity
- Monitor project timelines, flagging risks, delays or missing information early
- Liaise with suppliers, laboratories, consultants and internal teams to chase data and unblock projects
- Review and prepare project documentation, checking completeness prior to regulatory or technical review
- Produce reports to support project tracking, planning and commercial activity
- Support invoicing processes by resolving project-related queries
- Attend internal and client meetings, capturing actions and supporting follow-up delivery
- Experience in project coordination, project support or workflow management roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with the ability to spot issues and take ownership of next steps
