Blush & Bloom are pleased to be working in exclusive partnership with a well-established beauty company based in West Yorkshire, who have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Artworker to join their team on a 12-month contract.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, have a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate exceptional accuracy. You’ll be supporting the gifting team with the production of the 2026 gifting ranges. This role is perfect for someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced and highly successful business!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, format and finalise artwork files for print across seasonal gift ranges.
  • Typeset multilingual packaging to meet legal and branding requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all design elements and artwork.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and liaise directly with factories in China.
  • Approve production artwork and respond to supplier queries in real time.
  • Maintain packaging trackers and help streamline internal processes.
Key Requirements:
  • A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of packaging artwork and print setup.
  • Experience with Photoshop and image editing is a bonus.
