NPD Manager £55,000 London Blush & Bloom are pleased to be working in partnership with a highly innovative beauty brand in London. As the NPD Manager, you will hold a key role in bringing skincare products to market whilst refining and evolving existing formulations and packaging. You will play a key role in bringing innovative skincare products to market while refining and evolving existing products. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external manufacturers/suppliers to ensure every product reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire process of creating and launching new products, from brainstorming ideas to formula development, cost analysis, packaging, testing, and ensuring compliance. Improve existing products through quality checks, updates, and reformulations. Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Solve development challenges and manage risks effectively. Collaborate with suppliers and designers to source and develop custom packaging. Build strong relationships with suppliers to support product goals. Manage documentation to meet global regulatory requirements. Refine product descriptions and marketing materials. Oversee design briefs and product-related artwork. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct market research and track trends for competitive insights. Occasionally travel for supplier meetings, formula approvals, and trend research. Key Requirements: Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical manufacturing and production. Deep understanding of cosmetic testing and global regulatory standards.
