Blush & Bloom are pleased to be working with an ambitious, fast-growing beauty business based in London. With a growing presence across the UK and Europe, they’re now looking for a National Account Manager to join their London team and take the lead on some of their most important retail partnerships.
In this role, you’ll be the key commercial lead for strategic retail partnerships, helping to shape and execute account strategies across a portfolio of cutting-edge brands. Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day relationships with top-tier retailers across the UK and Europe, ensuring commercial targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead seasonal and product sell-ins, negotiating strong trade terms and delivering compelling retail plans to secure visibility and support.
- Partner with in-house marketing teams to plan and deliver customer-first campaigns across digital, in-store, and POS — tailored to each retail partner.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of promotional and commercial plans, both in-store and online.
- Build joint business plans, oversee forecasts, track budgets, and ensure efficient use of promotional investment to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations to ensure cohesive execution and aligned objectives.
- Provide insightful performance analysis and data-led recommendations to inform future strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial or account management role, ideally within beauty, personal care or wider consumer goods.
- Strong track record managing national retail accounts in the UK – either Superdrug or Boots experience is a MUST!
- Confidence in building and executing promotional plans, budget management and retail negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Experience in shopper or trade marketing would be advantageous.
- Fluent in English — other European languages are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel for key retail meetings and market visits.
